實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,細(xì)胞會(huì)根據(jù)材料基底表面的圖案結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生相應(yīng)的形變,而且這種形變響應(yīng)與圖案幾何形狀、尺寸,細(xì)胞伸展和基底表面的黏附蛋白濃度有關(guān)。 在一定范圍內(nèi),圖案越大、越深,細(xì)胞形變?cè)酱?;?xì)胞伸展面積越大,形變?cè)叫。吼じ降鞍卓梢源龠M(jìn)細(xì)胞伸展,從而使細(xì)胞形變減小.微米坑圖案 能夠明顯促進(jìn)細(xì)胞在材料表面的黏附;微米溝槽圖案 則對(duì)細(xì)胞具有接觸誘導(dǎo)效應(yīng),可以誘導(dǎo)細(xì)胞響應(yīng)所生長(zhǎng)的微納米溝槽結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行骨架重排,從而引起細(xì)胞取向行為變化.

CYTOOPLATE?細(xì)胞微圖案微孔培養(yǎng)板是一個(gè)高清晰度的低熒光硼硅玻璃底細(xì)胞光刻微圖案, CYTOOChips細(xì)胞微圖案芯片

可以控制細(xì)胞粘附性狀、大小、細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)分化等,研究細(xì)胞取,這種方法可以得到穩(wěn)定的具有顯 著細(xì)胞黏附反差的 "微圖案化表面. 利用該圖案化表面技術(shù)引導(dǎo)細(xì)胞黏附后的取向,先在細(xì)胞無(wú)法貼附的Cytophobic 涂料處理,再以光蝕刻 "的技術(shù),精準(zhǔn)地留下特定的幾何形狀,并在這樣的幾形狀上涂上特定的細(xì)胞間質(zhì)蛋白(extracellular " matrix , ECM, such as fibronecin, collgene, Laminin, ect…) 。 這樣的細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)工具借由精準(zhǔn)的控制細(xì)胞貼附的型式,提供了體外培養(yǎng)細(xì)胞結(jié)構(gòu) 上的引導(dǎo),使細(xì)胞表現(xiàn)出更接近體內(nèi)生理的表型及框架,這樣的工具可以:

Triple Chamber Neuron Device (500 um microgroove barrier) 
Size: ~ 38 mm – ~24mm 
The TCND500 consists of (2) 500 um microgroove barriers with a 500 um central chamber. This device makes it possible to culture cortical "neurons in the left and right chambers while culturing hippocampal neurons, or other combinations of cells, in the middle. The triple chamber is also suitable for transport studies where the researcher wishes to treat the middle of the axon growing in the middle chamber while observing effects at the growth cone or in the somal compartment.  Neurons can also be loaded in the central chamber and different treatments applied to the left and right compartments.
