No. 384 ADP - each vial contains 2.5 mg of lyophilized adenosine diphosphate. Performs 500 to 1,000 tests. 
No. 385 Collagen - each vial contains 1 mg of native collagen fibrils (type I) from equine tendons suspended in isotonic glucose solution of pH 2.7. Performs 500 to 1,000 tests.

The low cost, fifteen (15) test kit Ristocetin Cofactor Assay kit is usable with any Chrono-log Optical Aggregometer and can be used with or without the AGGRO/LINK^TM Cofactor Program. Each Kit contains Human Lyophilized Platelets, Tris Buffer Saline, Ristocetin, vWD Normal Reference Plasma and VWD Deficient Reference Plasma. All kit components are also available separately. The von Willebrand Co-factor Software Package provides for calculation of test results in percent of activity, calculation of standard curve for 2 to 6 points, monitoring of "Coefficient of Variation", reporting of "Coefficient of Determination" (R2), and storage of standard curves for future reference. On-Screen instructions for running the assay and the capability of running replicate tests insure efficient operation. The software is available for WINDOWS or DOS.
