系統(tǒng)簡介:

在軟骨評估中,現(xiàn)行的關節(jié)軟骨定量測量方法不能及時發(fā)現(xiàn)早期退行性改變。Arthro-BST?是一種新的醫(yī)療設備(圖1),可與關節(jié)鏡連用來定量測量關節(jié)軟骨。科技文獻表明,流動電位既是軟骨的函數(shù),又是軟骨成分、結構和厚度的函數(shù)。Arthro-BST?可測量輕壓關節(jié)軟骨時產(chǎn)生的流動電位,將其作為反映軟骨電-機械性質的參數(shù)。

 

Arthro-BST?適用于測量軟骨中壓力導致的流動電位(圖2 A)。在測量時,通常用一個一次性無菌探針來輕壓關節(jié)軟骨表面,然后記錄產(chǎn)生的電信號。探針是一個覆蓋有37個微電*的球形表面(圖2 B)。儀器會記錄下來當探針與軟骨接觸時總流動電位達到100 mV時使用的微電*數(shù),作為軟骨電機械活動的定量參數(shù)(QP)。高QP表示軟骨的電機械性質較弱,低QP表示軟骨的電機械性質較強(圖2 C)。
